Felicity
A passion for health and well-being has motivated Felicity to help others achieve positive outcomes through good exercise, nutrition, and self-care practices. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and Post Grad Nutrition studies, Felicity has gained knowledge to develop her keen interest in health promotion, fitness and sports nutrition. Having trained as a long-distance runner, Felicity has been able to exceed her performance goals, completing numerous events including trail based ultra-marathons. A focus on Strength, Endurance and Core Stability, along with efficient Fuelling and Recovery, has given Felicity the extended experience she carries through into her personal training and client support.

Bryce
Bryce is a result-orientated personal trainer who loves everything to do with health and fitness, ranging from muscle building and weight loss to sports specific training. With a university qualification in Exercise Science and Nutrition Bryce will strive to improve your health and self-esteem in a fun and easy going manner. A fitness background in football, dirt bike riding and weight lifting has allowed Bryce to see the importance of sports specific training methods as well as understanding the ups and downs of self-motivation.
